The Perfect Soft Boiled Egg

Simply bring your water to a boil, gently plop the eggs into the water and cook for exactly 6 minutes. Remove the eggs and place in cold water immediately to cool and stop the yolk from continuing to cook.

Serve warm on sourdough toast or soup, cool and serve with a salad, or enjoy on it’s own with a little sea salt and cracked pepper!
