Postpartum Meals & Meal Train Ideas

I am a huge advocator for postpartum meal train deliveries for new Mumma’s, whether it is a group of friends that delegate days/weeks in early postpartum time, or just a friendly meal and snack drop off from a friend. It is such a supportive way to ensure a new Mumma has the best foundations to start her postpartum journey, helping her to heal and replenish after birth – and one less thing she needs to worry about!
