I have a wonderful secret to share with you … Cassava flour makes THE BEST gluten free fried fish coating. It forms a super crunchy crust when shallow fried in ghee and tastes wonderfully light!
Just season some cassava flour on a plate and toss your pieces of fish through to coat well, then shallow fry in ghee or coconut oil and serve with fresh lemon, salad and a side of homemade chippies. SO YUM!
