About Partum.

Hi, my name is Zoey! I am a proud Mamma, partner, nature lover, feeder (I love to feed the people I love!), health seeker, and creator of Partum – Recipes for Postpartum, and I am so happy you’re here. I wanted to create an easy tool for new Mamma’s to access that was full of deliciously nourishing recipes to support her in her postpartum season.

Having previously suffered from a host of health issues and an autoimmune disorder, and studying my BSc in Nutritional Medicine, food and health has always been a priority to me. However, I delved deeply into just how much of a priority it needed to be to ensure both mine, and (through me) my babies body, was being sufficiently nourished to thrive entering this new journey into motherhood.

I hope you love recreating the recipes in Partum as much as I loved creating them, and learn to feel nourished and supported in your postpartum season.
