Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Avocado (I love Shepard’s for their creaminess)
2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Fatty Part of Coconut Cream
Pinch Sea Salt

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Place into serving glasses and put into the fridge to cool. Once chilled, they are ready to eat. You can also add some yummy treats on top before you serve (or eat as is)!

Suggestions are – cacao nibs / fresh berries / fresh mint leaves.
